The shipment of the pieces should follow within 20 working days from the order placement. The pieces will be shipped via a courier service insured and with tracking number.
Since the jewelry is made to order for you, we have no way to take back the jewelry. This also applies to custom orders.
All jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that all our jewelry is handmade. This makes each piece unique and there may be minor differences. Especially in jewelry with distressed surfaces. We only Use 925 silver for all our pieces. Silver is a metal that reacts with its environment and discolors with wearing.
